At Tapo, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all certified hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to ensure a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tapo account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement unit will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
